We have had great results in the last quarter with numerous sales exceeding expectations. 212 Attunga Road Yowie Bay achieved a fantastic result for our vendors and one of the highest prices achieved for 2010 in the waterfront market, nudging $3.7m.

28 Telopea Avenue, Caringbah South, and 62 The Esplanade Sylvania all sold well over reserve and 9 Barcoo Island achieved a record price for the street and the highest price paid in 2010 for Sylvania Waters @ $3.65m.

There were also very successful auctions at 180a Ellesmere Rd Gymea Bay and 75 Hawkesbury Esplanade Sylvania Waters and 121 Holt Road, Taren Point were sold prior to the auction. All of these vendors were extremely happy with their sales and gave glowing recommendations.

Our sales results have been over 18 different suburbs including Cronulla, Woolooware, Caringbah North, Caringbah South , Caringbah, Yowie Bay, Miranda, Gymea Bay, Sylvania , Sylvania Waters, Taren Point, Kirrawee and Oyster Bay.  Across Tom Ugly's and Captain Cook Bridge we also had St.George sales in Blakehurst, Hurstville, Sans Souci, Oatley and Sandringham.

These results have culminated in over 30 million dollars worth of sales in a 6 month period. That result is fantastic for our agency.
